Our New Water Test Policy (FREE TESTING STILL AVAILABLE)

For over 35 years, Angie's Pool & Spa has proudly provided free in-store water testing and analysis to help our customers maintain their pools and spas with confidence. This service has introduced many of you to our store for the first time and has built lasting relationships. We are incredibly grateful for your trust and support over the years!

However, as the cost of materials and technology has increased, we must make an adjustment to continue offering accurate, professional water testing with the same level of quality and expertise you've come to expect. Beginning March 1, 2025, if you are not enrolled in a VIP Water Club membership (most customers qualify for automatic enrollment - see below), in-store water testing will be $5 per test to help cover the cost of spin disks, software, and trained professionals who analyze your water. New customers along with customers who are bringing in their first test of the season receive a FREE water test on us.

FREE Water Testing Available:

New Customers: If it's your first time in one of our stores your first water test is on us.

First Test of the Season: If it's your first test of the season, this test will be free so we can help you start your year off right.

VIP Water Club: Unlimited water testing is still available through our VIP Water Club Membership, and many of our customers are automatically enrolled.

Introducing the VIP Water Club Membership

To ensure our loyal customers continue receiving exceptional service at the best value, we are excited to introduce the VIP Water Club Membership! This membership provides customers with convenient unlimited free water testing, quality support, and incentives for supporting Angie's Pool & Spa's success and continued growth.

VIP Water Club Benefits:

• Unlimited In-Store Water Testing – No per-test fee for the entire season.

• Free Same-Day Chemical Delivery – Order before 1:00 PM and receive same-day delivery (available within 15 miles of Franklin & Greenwood, excludes Sundays, $35 minimum purchase)

• APS Rewards: For every $500 spent in store you'll receive $5 Rewards to spend in store.

Membership Cost:

• Regular Price: $99.99 for a 12-month membership. 

• Pre-Pay: Pre-pay special available until April 30th, 2025: $89.99 for 12-month membership. 

• FREE: To those who qualify for automatic enrollment. See below. 

FREE Automatic Enrollment (no signup required):

• Customers who spend $250 or more, whether it's for service or in either one of our retail stores will receive a 12-month membership.

• Purchase a pool from Angie's: When you purchase a pool from us, you'll receive LIFETIME enrollment upon completion. This is non-transferable.

• Purchase a spa from Angie's: When you purchase a spa from us, you'll receive LIFETIME enrollment. This is non-transferable.
